Whoo. Down 14 pounds! I'm hoping to do some of my run and situps today (w7d1 and w6d3), but we're celebrating Gaby's birthday so we'll be going out for that.
83.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
