Did my w3d1 of 200 situps yesterday, and I need to do my w3d2 of c25k and 100 pushups. That is very exciting I'm making progress on those and still following them.

I'm a little disappointed by my latest weight loss. I'm sure it's just fluctuations that I had expected, but it's a little depressing to see weight gain when working hard to follow a diet and workout routine.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Since you weigh yourself everyday, Joe, May I suggest www.physicsdiet.com or android App called Libra? They basically take your weight inputs and run some sort of average on them so if you lose 4 pounds tomorrow and gain 3 the next day, the app knew the whole time that you didn't actually lose 4 pounds. It works best for people who weigh often such as yourself. It'll help you feel less bad on days when the weight doesn't come off as systematic as in the recent past. On the other hand, I guess it is something else to plug stuff into and it might suck. But they both give you some very cool info like what your daily deficit is, weekly, monthly, etc. Along with average weekly loss, and a few other things. Just a thought!

Thanks Felipe, just saw your comment. That's probably a good idea, and I actually setup a spreadsheet to do the math for me too. Over time it'll work itself out, and I knew the day was coming where I wouldn't be able to see immediate progress.
