Low on exercise due to back pain and migraines.
112.8 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

try doing some light yoga,works wonders as you breath deeper helping with the pain & the stretching will help strengthen your back
