yeow....up two pounds. I did get in two Zumba and one strength training classes this week...too many special events and bad choices. Plan of attack is to make smarter choices ( will be sort of challenging, having a bbq this week and daughters 21 bd) and need to jump back into the interval walking (not limited to early morning as the weather has really cooled off). Good news is that the capris I am wearing today were not something I could wear at the beginning of the summer, zipper wouldn't zip up, not a prob now!
96.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Just consider it a bump in the road like most of the rest of us have. BBQ makes it easier to make smart choices. Lots of healthy grilled veggies, lean meats, and creative desserts will do the trick. Just search out the cookbook here and I'm sure you can find lots of things to cook healthy and the family won't even know you left out the bad stuff. There is a good recipe for smokey bbq sauce there too. Best wishes!
