1 month holding no loss. That's okay, no gain! I have been nursing an injured shoulder for three weeks and I think I am able to get back into an exercise routine again. Food is okay. Halloween came and I did have a bit more candy then I intended ( which was none) so I don't think I really did any damage. Back on track. It's the right thing!

Good week, was able to get in exercise without going to the gym....made food choices that were smart, and although "cheated" a tiny bit, it wasn't enough to undo all the good. I didn't track food and exercise and I need to commit back to that as it makes a difference.

Monday all day. followed plan except for 2 snack size candy bars...what was I thinking and why do I do that. Overall did fine, but it would have been better not to eat them. Did a big loser workout when I got home, still stiff from Sundays. Tomorrow will do it again as well as a lunch time walk...I hope!
