Working late nights really is hard on the body. I am not eating properly but getting tons of exercise. But I have been eating late.

Feeling very tired and out of whack. I lost track of time last night and didn't get to bed until 2a.m. I didn't call out of bed until 9:50a.m. I need to stay motivated. I only have 1 week until the girls go back to school and its amazing. But I have to finish shopping and packing book bags:) Lets get Started.

Reading Getting with the Program! It's crazy because I've had this book for over 2 months and have yet to read the 1st page. Until last night when I Begin My New Journey. Feeling optimistic and motivated. I begin water-cise next week 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

My name is Tina and I have a weight problem. I eat healthy and in moderation's but I have yet to lose a more than 20lbs. I have 4 kids who varies in size and I want more for their life than the unhealthiness they see in everyday life. So I promised myself that I would change my life and my families to make better changes and to live an active and health life for myself and my children. Because my worst fear is childhood obesity.
