Had a very stressful day in an arm splint for 6 weeks but I will not let it be my fall down. Ate my veggies today. Even a veggie burger for dinner. All in all I feel good, hurting but good. Gonna wear my pedometer to see exactly how much I walk at work. My kids challenged me to a Wii just dance off for tomorrow. So splint and all Lets burn some calories. Well goodluck ladies!!!"

So I just put on a pair of pants I haven't wore since 2006 and they fit nice. A little on the sleepy side worked 10 hours today. And 8 more tomorrow then I will detox my body and mind. Happy Anniversary to me & my hubby.

My days feel like they never end. I was recently diagnosed with RA at 30. So I started physical therapy and even though it's hard times I am starting to feel better. Changing my eating habits and ways of thinking. Weights coming off however it is hard weighing in like every week. So I think I'll weigh once a month or every two weeks.

Need to change weigh in schedule because it's becoming a once a month thing but the weight is coming off. And I'm happy about that. I will be detoxing next week to cleaning my system out. Working hard trying to stay focus.
