I have not been following my diet I have been eight and barely any which is not helping my health. I'm like so we need to restart a diet today a better me a better today and tomorrow and future

It's starting to come off slowly. Starting Insanity workouts so let me see how much I can burn. New work schedule has me EXHAUSTED, making it hard for to eat, sleep, or workout. But I'll Git' R done.

Well I got the water intake going great. However my stress levels are through the roof. It is drying my skin out and my stomach is totally jacked up.

This week set a mini goal for yourself. See if you can complete it successfully.
On a journal entry I feel like jello with a stuffy head. And my stress levels is way up. Need to get out of this funk. My mini goal is to find a new method to relief stress. Set my alarm for lunch.
