I have really gotten off track. And now because I was sick and not excersizing things have gotten really, really bad. I want to find a magic potion. But alas, I need to remember there is no such thing. I know what to do and why I need to do it.

One word, "Yipeeeeeeeeeee!!!" Haven't seen this side of 140 for what seems like forever!!!!! So excited! Now to get to the other side of 136. Oh! I am so excited! I am following (mostly anyway, not exactly) Dr. Gundry's Diet Evolution and some of the ideas from The Lose Your Belly Diet by Dr. Travis Stork.
Great reads both of them. Very interesting. But I digress! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy to see the scale keep going downward, slowly, but surely. So happy. I am adding probiotic foods to my diet and following the "if you eat greens, you will be lean" idea. I eat nuts for snacks (raw, unsalted) and am working out more. I have cut back on wine, but not cut it out all the way. I had a major cheat night on Saturday. But got right back on track on Sunday. Well, mostly. Anyway, so glad for the numbers I am getting. Now to break the 140 mark. Yes, please!!!!! 136, here I come!

The scale is finally starting to go in the right direction. Down. I really messed up last weekend and actually went up to 144.7 which just about gave me a heart attack. So, I got back on track as best I could. I have been working out most days and eating mostly veggies and good proteins. I have been following (mostly) Dr. Gundry's Diet Evolution. This diet isn't just for losing weight. It is also for preparing your body to be at its utmost healthiest place. I have something that could turn into cancer, if I am not careful. So, this diet appeals to me. It will help my body to heal and be the strongest it can be so it can stay healthy and fight against such things. Meanwhile, I am so happy to be losing this weight that also weighs down my mood. I really can't wait to see the other side of 140 and will be ecstatic to see 136 again.

I am so happy to be under 143. The scale is finally moving in the right direction. It sort of puts a spring in ones step. Doesn't it? Oh how I long to feel fit, slim and generally happy about my body again. It just makes everything better. 134, here I come!!!!!!
