damn ... i want another one or two of those bob evans biscuit sausage bowls ... 1064 calories each, but .... thankfully, i can't get one ... ::sigh:: ... the fellow at the desk next to me has just gnoshed down on a bag of potato chips and a hershey's bar ... i prefer ritter sport from germany for chocolate, but ... ::sigh::

the beer this weekend and the bob evans sausage biscuit bowl breakfast were worth it! alrighty, then! Back to being good, or at least better. I accidently put 2 servings of creatine in my shake, but, again, oh well!!

For the last two weeks I have been using largely a shake consisting of 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 scoop of metrx whey protein, 1 scoop of creatine. I blend this up and use it for two meals. I do bodtweight workouts three or four times a week. Cha cha cha
