Hello, Everybody!! I am a fitness enthusiast who is, right now, at this very moment, fighting with holiday fatness. In an effort to further fitness I have resurrected my former fitness blog. I am starting the year off with a month long challenge of 5 days a week of Tabata styled workouts. This coincides with near daily blog posts. These posts include journal-styled entries and research related updates.
