At this hour, I have not done anything really physical; however, the day has just begun. I admit that I have been sandbagging my daily weigh-ins for a few days. I had been hiding from as much as I could.

Pushing, pulling, chinning, squating, and crunching. More to do later. Tonight I will hit the numbers I am after. 100 pullups and chin ups, 100 push ups (finishsed), 200 sqauats, and 200 bicycle crunches. After I get the kids to bed I will go back and finish up. >_<
