Wow, Phase 2 is not helping me. I added in some fruit and whole grain pasta and breads, and I gained, so back to Phase 1 for a little while longer. I did, however, find Frozen Chocolate Cool Whip as a very yummy and low carb dessert. Only 3g of Carbs ya'll!!!

I going to try Phase 1 for another week, but here and there add in some other stuff...I want to continue to lose weight at a speedier pase. :) We'll see how it goes. So far so good.

Man,
Being on this diet around birthdays just sucks!!! But I was good and didn't eat the cake. Just my Rip IT energy drink from Albertson's. No calories, no carbs!! I'm doing much better than I thought I would, but I'm worried that the next phase will not help me in my weight loss. I want to keep progressing like I am and it sounds like I won't. Anyway, things are good, but I sure do miss breads and cakes.
