was away at camp for 2 weeks June 17-july3 ..after a full 8 weeks totally wheat/grain free VLC I gave in to the horrendous amount of bakingnd sweets/bread..I did not overdo it.I beleive i managed to still keep my carbs low and because i was quite active working I actually lost another inch frm my waist and ore from other areas. one serving oer day..but I did cave. my aches came back a few days into it. I have eliminated grains again since wed July 4. I hav been walking about 5k/day even in this warm (20) weather)early am and later evening. ans although i feel it..i can actually do it at a decent pace.at camp i could bound up a long flight of stairs without effort..I am in Parksville now and the terain is flatter withiut the uhill hike I was doing at LFC.

i am increasing water/fluids after some reading on dehydration and what it effects.
increased water 3rd day today. also adding salt.
note in food journal i always go for the higher amounts..some values may actually be lower than what I have entered.
LOT of fat yesterday but carb % only 6%Today by dinner have consumed half of yesterday. barely made 1000 cal adding dinner. not hungry
peeing an a regular basis every hour or so.
