diet calendar not adding up correctly

yesterday's numbers:

1285.48 total calories using net carbs is my total


RDI pie chart says
carbs =15% actually closer to 10.5 %
fat =71% close
protein = 14% =179 g..in fact 239 g consumed...closer to 18.5% almost 19%

based on %
10% =128
5%=64
1% =12.8


going by RDI is not a good plan I think and the calories at best are "close" but that is okay with me as I am going more by grams of fat, protiene, carbs.
I definitely do not want to be doing math every day.
This day is also 85% of my RDI so abit more of each if I care about RDI.

and for this day I used net carbs and not total so why is the food diary so off from my numbers on one day and not another.
Possible it is my math.

I can't beleive a serving of psyllium and a salad have my tummy in agony. .................
took a ginger tablet and it cleared it up almost immediately..dont think I have ever had a tummy ache like that.

well it is 7.30 now and I wont eat a dinner this late.
i will have a MIM and have to catch up on more protein tomorrow.
anyway did not walk other than shopping to day..very windy/gusty and raining.

Was at WalMart today and weighed myself again.
Even though I feel as though I have lost 2-3 lbs the scale did not agree..barely a lb less. hmm just checked my actual first official weigh in was just March 30th..so that is only 6 days..less than a week.

7.30am up at 7 dogs out feed everyone make coffee

136/77 p90 one sip coffee..
RAM yesterday 3.30

Tummy gurgling but I am not really hungry.This is fairly typical for me..never eat for 2-3 hours after I am up.
I "could" eat..maybe I should..but I want yogurt if I eat soon..not another egg.

WOW just for fun..because I did not do a full diet entry my first day here I decided to add my "old" typical food day..especially my typical winter food day in the north..no real shopping...and lots of time inside.

No wonder I gained weight!! especially after I quit smoking.
The order of the foods is not accurate but the type is pretty on target.
Of course there were other days when I had a regular dinner..but the carbs and snacks are mightily there.
Double the calories at 3000 (and possibly more) than I have been consuming since January and my carb load is down by a whopping 300 grams!!!Sugar around 140 (did not add honey which I also cooked with) to my current level of about 8 grams.
Actually a bit surprised my protein was so high as I struggle a bit to keep it there now.
Fat I am down by 50 grams or likely more because I did not add cooking fats or cheese and could not find chocolate bars.

I am almost surprised that I did gain more..the saviour being that I burned it off during the camp season.

anyway I am totally pleased with myself for making such a HUGE change in my diet..and once my weight is down I have all the other benefits of a fitter trimmer healthier me.

Another beautiful day..wind has died down.
Was still feeling a bit sluggish/tired this am..up maybe 2-3 times through the night and no fluids after 6.30 pm.Will try again today but I do miss my evening tea..and maybe it is just the low carb way of eating that keeps the fluids moving 24 hours. I did have some carbs (almonds)at night while watching tv.
Trying to balance fat and protein but just don't know how to raise the protein without raising the carbs or fat.

Still have to get 40-50 grams of protein today .
Do not eat breakfast usually for a few hours and then by lunch not hungry..so I run out of time.

I had 1 chunk cheddar at 9.30 and 1 TBSP PB at 10.30 as I wanted to get out for a walk.
Has 2 TBSP cream cheese/celery when I got home.
Was a great 50 minute walk..down to the far end of the beach and then up the hill. Drove down though.
Soon I will walk down..and down the far beach end and then up the hill..adding another 8-10 minutes. That is about as long as I can get on that route without doubling something.
