Wow. 14 stone 7 and a half yesterday
14 stone 5 and a quarter today !
I haven’t even been on my air walker.
Yesterday I ate a fair bit too

Celery stalk large
Banana
Tin of ravioli
About 10 chips
A peice of bread to go with the ravioli sauce
Half a Easter egg ( I shared so I had one hollow half my parter had the other )

DAY ONE is Tomorrow
I will get up at 8am. Do 4 stretches of Yoga and do 50 squats
The first thing I eat will be at 12. ( lunch ) And that will be a Banana and a stalk of celery. ( 6+135 )
For Dinner it is Tuna Pasta ( Tin of Tuna. Couple handfuls of pasta Pasta. And 2 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise ) ( let’s say 660 )
Probably makes the calorie intake about 800 calories.

DAY ONE will start tomorrow
You’ve all heard this a lot from me. But Friday I will be 29 weeks pregnant and I have severe pre eclampsia again. I had this 8 and a half months ago when I gave birth to my daughter and nearly died from it. I CANNOT keep making excuses for my eating anymore.
This HAS to be done !! I’m also in a lot of pain with pregnancy pgp and pregnancy spd.
700-900 calories a day is my goal. I won’t exercise until my new air walker gets here. Hopefully it’s quieter than my old one so I can exercise while my daughter is asleep.
