Okay so i weigh myself every morning at 5 am. Straight after I have my first pee of the day ( which is when I’ve been told is best to )
Day before yesterday I I was 14 stone 7
Yesterday I was 14 stone 5 and a quarter
And today I am 14 stone 4! and three quarters.

Lunch for me is always going to be a stick of Celery and a Banana.
Dinner I will be sticking to packet noodles , packet pastas or microwave meals , or a Rustlers chicken burger / Hotdog.
Cheap and cheerful too 🤪🤪🤪

Okay so I have planned out lunch and dinner according to what I have in my cupboards for a whole 4 weeks !!
Noodles
Pasta
Celery
Bananas
microwave meals
Normal meals but smaller portions
I can do this !!!!!
