27 hours nothing to eat.
Only drinking water.

I have esteem 980 calories already.
That’s breakfast AND lunch.
That’s my 800-1000 calorie a day diet goal done there.
No eating until tomorrow lunchtime now.

Failed my plan already ....
3 fibre 90 calories caramel squares = 270
Go ahead yoghurt bar ( pack of 2 slices) = 114
Go ahead forest fruits slices ( pack of 3 slices ) = 171
Now having a batchelors Brocooli and cheese pasta 99g done in pan. = 424
