Been exercising at home and at the gym. (Though I have given myself the day off today, due to the hugest knot in my right quad. *ouch* I've been hopping downstairs for a day!)
Still trying to figure out food though...Wednesdays and Saturdays are the worst because I work form 11am to 11pm, with only 40 minutes for "lunch" around 4:45pm. Yes, I get a twenty minute break before that lunch, and another somewhere after it, but it's hard figuring out what should be my best eating options.
Maybe if the rest of the week is good, these two days I shouldn't worry about too much...
Looking forward to another great week...
Just hope that the weather starts to act more spring/summer like around here!

While I'm posting a small gain this week, I'm not too upset. I know it's going to be a bit of an uphill battle getting back into the healthy lifestyle...
On the upside, I'm going to join a gym. I think it's going to be that added push I need to get myself back into the exercise game. Group exercise seems like a fun idea, plus I can use stuff like treadmills and ellipticals for cardio, in addition to just riding my bike to and from work each day.
Trying to be positive! Because negativity leads back to bad behaviours!

One of the girls I work with teaches a BodyAttack class at the Good Life club up at Yonge and Eglington. She gave me a couple of 7 day class passes, so I think I'm going to head out to the Women's Club down at Church and Adelaide and see what they have on offer.

I've been exercising at least 5 days a week and I've been lifting some weights on 2 of those days.
I've been riding my bike about 30 minutes, 5-6 days a week.
I'm remembering to take my multivitamin each morning with my breakfast.
Now if I could just eat better than what I've been eating...I need to try and eat less carbs and have more lean protein instead. (I never realized how carb heavy my diet was until I started entering food here in the Food Diary. Man, you think something is good for you and *bam* it's really filled with extra calories and stuff your body doesn't need or want!)

Went out for sushi dinner last night! So yummy! Edamame, garlic mushrooms. Mmmm... I had Rainbow Maki - California rolls wrapped in sashimi - and Alaska Maki - smoked salmon with avocado and cucumber - delish!
Might need to be a bit more low key, calorie-wise, today.
