Keeping track of all I eat and the exercise I'm doing helps keep me motivated and I feel positive. It's like I can see the positive results manifesting in more motivation and a better mood. I'm eating less than I'm burning, I feel satisfied and not hungry most of the time and I'm not having cravings like before. The scale is moving down and I can bet by this time next week I'll be down into the 230's, something that I haven't been for 6-7 years. I feel positive and happy. Go me!!

Recording what I ate... wow. I had no idea. All day I've been hungry, but trying to stick to a meal plan. My calories are about right, but the carbs and fat are much too high. My gosh. I'm going to do some meal plans before I actually eat.
