I want to share a site that can help you calculate your RDI and break it down into carbs, proteins, fats, other nutrients according to you weight, age, sex, height and level of activity. Feeling energetic! Only felt REALLY hungry once yesterday, but hung in there 'til supper. Off to care for an elderly lady (99). Hope I'll maker her day happy :) Learning to care for myself NOW, so I won't need help later (I hope). - peace -

I have watched "everything that goes in my mouth", as instructed. I hope this isn't all water weight from last week. We shall see...

Retaining water. BP is up. Interrupted sleep nightly. Weight is up. Just not feeling well. Bloodwork done yesterday. "Watching everything that goes into my stomach", per my doctor, for the next 3 weeks. I need prayers, strength and SLEEP. Working out is fruitless when you're exhausted.
