Feeling Yucky
Sugar/salt binge yesterday was a precursor to feeling yucky today. Bronchial infection going on. Wondering if that's why I craved the yucky foods I don't normally eat... that I don't normally even THINK about. Anyhow... cough-cough, bark-bark, the appetite is gone today and I feel blah. About to get on my elliptical, though. Intend to keep up with the "Walk 10 minutes per day" challenge, rid myself of some of the salt and water I've retained due to yesterday's err (obvious on my shins) and get my metabolism started again. Stay well all :)

MUNCHIES
Today I feel like I have "the munchies". Have recorded everything EVERYTHING I've eaten all day and plan to eat for supper. Still, I feel like I was hungry every 3 hours today. Have still managed to stay well-within my intake vs. Kcals burned limits, but I feel like I've been bad :( Will start fresh tomorrow morning and TRY to make healthier choices for the day. Thanks for letting me vent my worry...

Wow! Had a GREAT weekend and surprised myself with how much some small (or so I thought) food choices made a big impact on staying within the correct Kcals consumed/Kcals burned ratio! I'm a certified cheese-a-holic. Yet, when I made my food choices this weekend I stayed away from cheese on more than one occasion and was quite pleased with my numbers when I added everything up this morning :) Had an AWESOME TIME at the Moody Blues concert last night. Some down-time is a big up-lift. Now to hit my elliptical with a smile on my face!! Have a wonderful, healthy week everyone!!!!!!

Off to have some much-needed girl time (sans the Mommy-image) with my bff. Planned out the sushi/shashimi I'll be having (hint: hand rolls have less rice than maki rolls). Finding it fits well into my diet (lowered carbs and healthy proteins). No phones. No doctor calls. No pharmacies. Just me time. YAY!
