HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY! In an effort to be able to partake in some delicious corned beef today, I've planned my whole day's menu. Since we're not Irish (but isn't EVERYONE today?!), we traditionally have REUBENS from the fresh made corned beef in our household. Plan to keep it in control, scale-weigh my meat, and TOTALLY enjoy. Little joys have a big impact on morale! Maybe I'll even have a green beer! Smiles everyone :)

After a mentally draining, exhausting weekend I'm trying to refocus on ME. Stay positive. Feel better. Move forward.

Not much loss, but a little is better than none. I've only been back to paying attention and trying to lose for 1 week so I'm happy that I've gone down. Heading to the shore. Will get in some outdoor walking instead of the indoor elliptical this weekend. Harder to be careful with foods when away from home, but I'LL TRY. Have a great, healthy, active weekend everybody! See y'all Monday :)

Just home from caring for a 99 year old woman (will be 100 in April). I pray I'll be able to stand myself up until my dying day. With that in mind, I think I'll hop on my elliptical a second time today! Weigh in tomorrow....

First, does anyone know how to delete old/unfinished challenges? They're discouraging and I want to remain positive. Next, I planned out a day's meals in hopes of guiding myself through the next 10 hours. Not starving. Keeping Kcals burned higher than Kcals consumed. Just got off the elliptical. Friday is weigh-in day. Please, oh PLEASE God, let me be a pound lighter.
