No weight loss this week. Thought I was doing well, but I guess the odd snacks are strting to creep in.

Still acheiving steady weight loss through exercise.

Must admit to eating binges of the wrong foods like chocolate, crisps etc.

Relying more on doing regular exercise to loose weight.

Find it tough at times and will have small binges of the wrong food.

Been putting a lot of walking in and have averaged just over 80 minutes every day this week.

Have started eating bread and the occasional sweet thing.

We are in Autumn in NZ and have had a bit of bad weather where it rained continously for more thaat 24 hours. This may curtail my walking.
