Whoa buddy, glad I remembered to come back to this. I will be kicking up the exercise over this next week so that hopefully by next Monday the 24th I will be under the 300 mark! That is my short term goal. Much love to all.

Well. It's been a hectic year and a half since I blogged here! I am once again attempting to lose this weight but really planing to dig my heels in and stick to my guns this time. I have been eating vegetable soup for lunch every day the last few days and have already lost 5 pounds! Lots of water weight no doubt, but, off to a good start! :)

Well, the holidays have been stressful and I was not watching what I ate at all. But I started a job that requires a lot of physical activity though and still managed to lose some weight! Planning to get back to a low fat, low carb diet now and shed these pounds.
