Heyy.

So this mornings run in the cold rain didn't go too great. I ran about 1/3 of it and walked the rest. The good thing about running outside is that you always have to walk back to where you started so regardless I'm always doing a 2 mile loop.I also did my P90X exercises.

Everything is getting eaiser everyday. I do need some new running shoes bad though because I think they are the reason my legs hurt so bad when I'm running. I barley ever get out of breath anymore but I just can't take the pain in my legs when I'm running.

Food wise I have pretty much just eating regular. With all the exercises I'd rather not cut any food from my diet. If anything I would rather be a little over my recommended intake so I have plenty of energy to do my exercises.I know I'm probably eating a little bit too much at dinner time.The only good thing is , I barley ever eat snacks, junk food, drink anything with calories in it, or any pastries.

I have noticed a little change so far; these hiking pants that I have that have a snap button on them, used to come unbuttoned if I was bent a certain way or whatever. It used to happen a lot and now I can't even make it come unbuttoned if I try. Sweeeeet.
