What the heck is uppp FatSecret?

I started off today with my P90X Plyometrics and about 15 minutes into it my dad called and asked me if I wanted to go fishing.I couldn't say no. So that's as far as I got exercise wise today.

One good thing is I was pretty busy today so it didn't leave me too much time to pig out. I'm sure I didn't go over my RDI.

I decided that I'm going to set up a pull up bar in the garage and start doing my P90X out there. There is way more room out there and my ceiling is so low in my room when I reach up my hands hit the ceiling (I'm only 5'4!). So now I will have more room and a pull up bar!! Sweet! Plus sometimes when I'm inside exercising I feel like the air is so stale. I think the change of scenery is going to be motivational.

I need to step it up a little bit, I'm gonna weigh myself in 15 days and I better be at the most 170!! Haha.

Inside of Charlie's headphones EXSPOSED!!

When ever I see someone wearing headphones while they are working out I'm always curious what they could be listening to.I try to guess sometimes. Sometimes it seems so easy to assume what the person is listening to, other times you can't picture the particular person listening to anything with more spunk than a rosetta stone practice tape (Those are def the people that are probably rockin out the hardest).

Here are a few hot jamzzz that you might find me tappin my foot to while I'm pumpin iron, running, riding my bike, or even listening to while I update my FatSecret journal!

YEOOOO.

I started a challenge today. Its called
Only eat HALF!! (Click and check it out). The reason I want to do this challenge is because I find it so hard to stop eating once I'm full. Pretty much what ever is on my plate I will finish and even though the food might not necessarily be "bad" to begin with, there is no reason to keep eating once you're full. So I hope some more people join.

No running today, I'm gonna let my legs heal a little bit. I am thinking about going for a walk later though. Also I was thinking about wearing my hiking sneakers next time I go running and see how my feet feel. They are Nike ACG. They are super light and have so many miles on them.

I did my P90X chest and back today. I did so many push ups today I could barley lift my arm in the shower; needless to say there is a line of dirt where my neck begins!!! HAHA JK.Its killing me not having anywhere to do pull-ups. I really need to come up with something.I will start going to the park soon and doing them there but it still sucks because I want to do them as part of my P90X exercises.

Anyway I'm starving! its 1:13P motherfreakin M and I still haven't eaten yet. I better get on that. I'm thinking about getting some Boston Market. Mmm!

Hey Journallll,

I'm so sore tonight, That good kind of sore though where you can feel your muscles kicking the fat out of your body. Actually I feel worse when I'm not sore because I feel like I'm not working enough.

Anyway, after reading about running and stuff, I read that my legs probably just hurt because I need to take a break. So the next couple days I'm just going to let my legs heal, I'll try to make up for it by not slacking on my P90X.

A lot of good things have been happening to my body lately; my stomach is feeling great (I only drank once in the past week and a half), I'm a little more slender, I'm a lot more flexible (thanks to P90X) and I have just been feeling great.

Even though I haven't been making any deliberate changes to my diet, It seems like its naturally changing to adapt to my more active lifestyle. I used to crave pizza and fast food all the time, now I crave vegetables and lean meats a lot. No fruit though, I never really liked fruit, too sugary.

I think I'll weigh myself at the end of March.
