Hey Journal,

It was a crappy day today, but I did manage to get out and walk to a few places tonight.I wrote a letter to my dad (He only lives one town over, Haha!) with my new type writer and I walked it to the post office to mail it. After that I walked to this food place to pick up my dinner which the entire opposite direction.After I ate I walked to the bank. All together It was probably a little over a mile maybe over a mile and a half.

Ok so I got a chance to put my challenge to the test today. I picked up my food and told myself I would only eat half the whole way I was carrying it home. Even though I was pretty set on only eating half , one part of me wasn't convinced that I would actually do it. When I got home I realized that with this large of a portion I would probably be better off only eating 1/4.

Here is some pictures of my dinner, It included Chicken Parm, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli, Side salad, and tons of Garlic bread.

I ate 1/4 of the garlic bread and decided not to even touch the salad since that would basically be just like eating straight up dressing. Plus they gave me the wrong dressing, I asked for Italian and they gave me Ranch.

I was so hungry when I put it away but I knew I ate enough and shortly after I wasn't even thinking about food anymore.

Oh and guess what Jen_005.. Now I got food in my fridge!!! HAHAHA! I can eat it for lunch tomorrow.

Heyyyyy,

What is up? Happy Sunday to everyone looks light its gonna be pretty nice here in New Jersey today, So if you're from around here you better plan some out door activities!! If you're not from around here its probably even nicer then!

So yesterday I was pretty busy. The only thing I really had a chance to eat was a soft pretzel and a plate of food from Walmart. All my drinks were 0 calorie so I'm pretty sure I didn't over eat yesterday. The only exercise I really got was from riding my dirt bike and brushing my dog. Haha, I guess thats better than sitting in the house to though.

As far as my challenge goes I really haven't had too much of a chance to use that. One time I did throw away half of my chinese food ... That is always a good thing because it can be hard to stop eating chinese once you start... The only thing is , I mainly did it because it was disgusting.

I just signed up for the Team vs. Team weight loss challenge , I'm on the skinnies. That should be fun. I might starve myself so I don't let the team down. Hahaha.
