Didn't do to well this week. My kids were sick and I just couldn't stay on plan, had no energy to think about what I was eating. I have already started better today. One day at a time

Did ok this week, lost a pound. I just want to be under 260 next week and that is the goal I am working towards. This is such a slow weight loss but I have to remember that it didn't come on over night so it is not going to come off that fast. Here is to a great weekend!

Did pretty well this week, had a pretty bad day today. I have been home all day since the ice storm. With the weather outside and the kids home fighting, I have been going into the kitchen then walking back out. I hope that the road are clear soon so that I can go to bunco, need to get out of this house before I go crazy!
