Ok, the kids are back to school and time has come to get myself going. I have been lazy this summer and the only one to blame is myself. So, starting today I am going to think about myself first and the kids will have to deal with what I am making and like it. I always seem to buy things they enjoy and I really shouldn't be eating. So here is to weight loss!!!

What a great day it has been so far! My daughter had basketball camp at 8:30am, so got up early, dropped her off and went for a walk with my son. Well, I walked, i kinda pulled him along on his roller blades. We just got home and now he wants to play tennis on wii. As soon as we pick her up, we are off to the lake for a few hours, that will keep me from eating! HOpe everyone is having a great day!
