09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
01:00 pm - mixed salad with grilled turkey strips
05:30 pm - grilled chicken steak with onions
08:30 pm - low-fat yoghurt

(FS day 42, Sunday, 17th June):
10:30 am - mixed probio cereals with low-fat milk
02:30 pm - bbq zucchini and portobello mushrooms with garlic, bbq turkey
06:00 pm - watermelon
+ 45min of bicycle workout.

The last few days of the week had some impact on the progress, but I still lost some weigth this week. Will have to be more strict in the upcoming week.

Here is my
phase 2, day 32
(FS day 41, Saturday, 16th June):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
01:30 pm - mixed salad, grilled minced steak, three tomato slices with mozarella and basil
03:30 pm - one scoop of ice cream
07:00 pm - two small nectarines
Had a picnic with the family so I overdidit today with the food and I also had one small beer. I think it will have some impact on this monday's weigh-in but after 40 days of diet, I deserve some cuddling ;)
It's bicycle time!
