I have been very lazy and haven't done any exercise. I also ate two Atkins peanut butter cups and I had two sugar free vanilla puddings yesterday and I gained . I went from 162.4 to 163.0. Not much but I know if I would have stuck to one snack I would have lost. Disappointed in myself. I feel like the weight loss is not moving as fast as I'd like it to. Feeling very impatient. Even though the slight set back from a week ago and this new gain, I still feel very motivated to lose it. I'm just not as into exercising as I used to be and with kids it's hard to be self serving and take the time for me to exercise. Why I ate so many snacks the other night....I don't know. I guess I was just needing something sweet. Maybe the milk in the pudding was the problem because I know your not supposed to have milk and I thought because it was sugar free that it would be okay.But I know it was too many net carbs!! I want to lose so bad and I need to keep more of a variety so I don't get bored and want to snack also I'm going to get my butt in gear and exercise!!
