Ok so my plan for Easter was to enjoy, but not to over endulge. The last part did not work. I went way way over board with the sugar. My stomach hurt so bad and I felt terribly sick from the sugar. Feeling bloated today and even have a sore throat and ears.I swear it had to be the sugar that caused it! Lol I am back on the diet. Feeling good about that part. It seems easier now that it has become a lifestyle. 3 pounds up on the scale but that should change.Drinking lots of water and tea. Taking some vitamin C and cold medicine. Should be feeling better soon.

I am proud of how my diet is going for me. I feel and see a difference in my clothes. My husband also told me the other day that he can tell when he hugs me! I am the only person at home eating like this. It is easier for me to follow this way of eating now, not like in the beginning. Looked at my weight graph and noticed that I have no weight history for certain months, say for examples Nov., Dec., Jan. Even April. These are all major holiday months for me and I am positive that I did not eat good during those times. That's why there is no weigh in.Holidays mean food.....really really Sugary food! April is on that list so Easter I am thinking is going to be a tough one for me. Going to keep all this in mind. Coming up with a plan.

Ever since Feb. 24th I have been fluctuating between 153-156 lbs. I have been on the induction phase of atkins. So I decided to try this egg diet to get me back into ketosis and what do ya know...it worked! I had eggs for three meals of the day.It needed to be high fat, so I added a tbsp of butter per egg, for cooking. Sugar free ketchup for flavor and cheddar cheese. Dropped down 2 lbs. In one day. I expected some, but 2 pounds? Ok so I will be on it today and hopefully it will continue. Today I will try the egg and cream cheese thing for pancakes with sugar free syrup. I think I will go back after it has been three days, to ensure ketosis.
