I feel as though since I had that cheat day my lbs loss has slowed down a bit. At least I still losing. Hopefully it will pick up a bit more. I have also found some new recipes for low carb pancakes and bought a sugar free syrup. Pretty good I have to say.

I made a bad decision with dinner today. I decided to eat the Asian Zing chicken wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. They definitely had sugar in them by the taste of it.Then because of that I decided to eat nachos and then that led to an even worse decision...cookies and candy!!! Ugh! Why is it when I mess up it leads to ...oh well I messed up anyways....lets add some more CARBS!!!
One thing for sure, I decided when I got home that I would not continue the sugar binge. It's done. I will not do it at home. I am glad that my house is stocked with healthy food. So....that set back is done and over. I am drinking lots and lots of water and going to BED. I plan to eat atkins friendly tomarrow! :-)

So as vain as it sounds when I weighed myself early this morning like I always do, the scale said that my weight went from 157.6 to 158.2! Oh man I was mad! I KNEW I was watching every carb. So confused as to why. So I decided to review and realized that I had not had my usual um..pardon me.. lets just say daily bathroom trip yesterday. SO added some fiber to my breakfast and extra water and that helped in that deparent. AGAIN I apologize. What I am getting at is always review and make sure you have been drinking enough water and taking in enough fiber. Being on a high protien diet can affect you this way. Now I re weighed and am now 157.0.

Ate great for my diet yesterday. So far doing the same today. Kept myself busy with my kids, which helps pass the time between meals. When I am bored I like to eat! So being busy or even a nap helps.

Had set back.Ate bad for one day. Back on the diet train again. Feeling better Nd.less hungry. I don't feel ad gross and sick after I eat.
