Late work day last night, Again I felt too exhausted to go to gym, there was only two hours left anyways. Maybe it has to do with the cold weather. Was offered donuts by customer again.

Did 95 minutes of aerobics on a hand spinning machine yesterday. I was off from work. I also worked back and biceps. I have been keeping weights the same and focusing on form. Finally I got a nice burn in my lats. They were good and sore when I left and no pain this morning so nothing got pulled for once. I have topped out my abs routine, I will be starting hanging ab exercises on one day, mat exercises the next. There's no room to do a combined routine they way they have the gym set up.

Back in gym yesterday, leg day, did 75 minutes of cardio, everything went well except hip abductions which I lost some range of motion during my time off.
