love this weight - steady for three weeks in a row - but I have not business loving it. I was active, my usual long weekend walks and shorter ones during the week, but I did NOT eat right. Absolutely binged on Monday and then really restricted calories on Tues, Wed, Thurs. I function pretty well that way, but I don't like it. It can't be healthy.
