I love how you just can’t predict what your body is going to do… it’s fascinating watching the scales and seeing them stay exactly the same… bizarre!

Good to be back on track and really fascinating to see the impact of one day of poor meal choices as well as not drinking enough water. Back to where I was (+ 4oz) on Friday so let’s see how the next few days go. It’s my brother’s wedding on Saturday so I’ll have to see how I can manage that when you’re in the control of a wedding planner!
