Yay! Down by 1/2 a kg since my last weigh in. My clothes are getting bigger on me, &, aside from a bit of tiredness & muscle soreness because of working 11 days in a row, I feel good for changing my eating habits & walking to work as many days as possible. In case you're worried about me working so many days in a row, they're short shifts & the work's not hard. It's how I get in my hours at work, & every other week, I have a three-day-weekend. That's where I am now. This loss feels good & right to me, & it's a good thing. The fact that my clothes are looser on me is a more important guide to me, though, than any weight loss. Also, my appetite's shrunk, & that's a really good sign to me. Yay! :)

OK, so go figure this out! This week I realised that I can fit into pants that I've not been able to fit into for ages!! So that's great, but I gained weight since the last time I weighed in here a few weeks ago. However, it is getting to be that time of the month, & so it's probably just the usual weight gain from that, along with muscle gain since that weighs more than fat. I've been walking almost every day - I'll be going out for one in an hour or so - & eating much healthier than I was. So I am doing well. I'm not worried about this gain - as I said, it's probably the development of muscles along with the usual gain at that time of the month. I was going down before, &, as I said, I can fit into clothes that I couldn't wear even a couple of weeks ago. So my size is going in the right direction, & that's a better gauge than my weight. Yeah! :D

Man alivin'!! I honestly don't know why I keep forgetting to come here. I get the emails from Fat Secret, & all of you who've befriended me have been super supportive. I do struggle with depression, & a bit of that's hit me hard lately. So that's probably a huge part of it. It's lifted, though, thankfully, & I'm on the up again now. It's not an easy thing to have in life - any kind of mood disorder, which is what my kind of depression is - but it is something that I am able to deal with, hard as it is sometimes.
Otherwise, life's good, for the most part. The not great parts aren't terrible, & so that's a plus.
I will return on Saturday morning & weigh in, like I have in my routine to do. My weight loss is a slow one, but somewhat steady. So that's good. As long as I'm not higher than my last weigh in, I'll be happy with that this coming weekend. At that time, I'll catch up with each of you as well. I just don't have the time to do so today, but I truly do hope that each of you are well & heading steadily toward your goals.

Whoohoo!! I'm the lowest that I've been in a while! I don't know why my weight dropped so dramatically this week, but I'm happy about having gone down. Weight is not the end-all-be-all of things, but when you need to lose weight - especially because your doctor tells you to - it's a great thing to see, those numbers going down. Yay! :D
