I've started cycling again, & I love it!! I went on Monday for a short ride, & then again this afternoon. Today's ride was slower on average than Monday's, but it was longer and it was great to be out. The weather's amazing here, & it's great to be out on my bike again. :D

In case people are wondering why they never see any records of food or exercise here, it's because I track on another site. I've been tracking there for a long time, & I don't see the point of doing so in more than one place. I'll keep on tracking my weight here - that's easy to do in either place. I'm also trying to get more involved in the community aspect of this site - it's just a matter of doing it, isn't it? :)
