When I joined & weighed myself last night, it was later in the evening. I almost always weigh myself first thing in the morning, & so this morning's weight is a lot more accurate than last night's, methink. It's all good, & I'm down from the last time I'd weighed myself a few weeks ago. Not by much, but I'm still down, & that shows that the effort I'd put into things for a while now is starting to pay off weight-wise. I have noticed lately, too, that my clothes are starting to fit better, & some are getting too big. Nice because I need to lose weight & get my body down to a much better size, but not nice because I don't have the money for new clothes! haha Oh, well. I can make do with what I have right now, & I do have several clothes that'll fit better when I get smaller. So all's good! :D

I'm brand new here. I belong to a few other health & fitness sites, but I only go to one of them regularly. I thought I'd try this one out, too, to see what it's like, as well as because it's the Canadian version of this site. So far I like it. :)
Since I joined so late this evening, I'll start logging things here tomorrow.
