Down a little more this morning, but I haven't eaten well all day so probably ruined the forward(downward) progress. Scale tomorrow will tell.
Had to pick up my son for a dentist appointment, so left work early. He asked to go play tennis afterwards, so I did get in some exercise.

Last night was volleyball night - the knee is definitely improving, but still only played an hour out of the two we are there. And today I've got twinges! Overall still happy with the progress, and the weight is back down from the high spike, although still much to lose!

Back down today. Now I'm thinking that I was just bound up from eating out - not enough fiber. I definitely have those issues, and it would explain the 2+ lb difference in a single day.
Still going to just focus on getting 10 lbs off this month - that is a good goal.

My weight gain is getting a little scary. We were out of town this weekend, eating out a lot, and then my Little took me out to dinner Sunday. So the gain could just be from all that. Regardless, I've now gained 13 lbs since Christmas, and that just is way too much! So this month I'm going to try and lose 10 lbs - just 2.5 lbs a week, a reasonable goal by anyone's standard.
So today is day 1, hoping to be at 228.5 by next Monday. If I lose more, great!

OK, last night we went out to dinner for my birthday, Red Robin. Then birthday ice cream cake at home. That ends the birthday celebrations, I'm now officially over the hill, and it's time to get the eating back under control.... starting tomorrow... as I already blew it today.
This WILL BE the year I get back under 200!!!! Need to promise myself that, then follow through!
