Been boosting up my exercise recently, especially my walking. I usually walk a couple miles a day. Walked 5 today, it was hard and and my toe started hurting but I made it. Not too bad for an old cat like me. All the best to you all.

Losing 0.9 kg a Week
02 May 2017
I live a low carb lifestyle, not diet, but lifestyle. I like an easy meal or snack once in awhile. Like a LC Shake, or frozen meal. I prefer Atkins ( about all I can find around here ). I don't get many of them because they are so expensive. A frozen meal cost's 4 dollars or more. Yet a Slim Fast ( I don't eat them ) is $2.39. Why? Shakes are almost $6.00 for 4, Atkins snacks about $6.00 a small box. Where I live one can't hardly find anything that's sugarless. If I do it cost more than a similar one with sugar. If I made a small salad & decided I liked it sweet, I'd put a pack of sweetener in it. My question is why are sugarless snacks higher than ones with sugar, & LC items higher than regular ones? Just wondering.

Not a bad week at all. Had a great birthday party with lots of family & friends. Ate all I wanted at the party & it was fantastic southern food. Even drank a couple Guiness Stout beers. Next day I had gained 2 pounds. But I got right back on my low carb lifestyle as well as longer walks & more exercise. The 2 pounds I gained are gone. Have a great day to all here at Fatsecret.
