Decided to try a vegan diet after seeing a documentary on Netflix, called "What The Health". Said eat vegan 2 wks, & arthritis may go away, less meds to take because body cures itself, Etc. I've been on it a week, gained 2 lbs, feel worse. Going to stick with it another week, if no changes, back to Low carb/Keto for me.

There's a documentary on Netflix called "What's With Wheat?". It's a film worth watching for someone that doesn't know the danger's of eating wheat products. Even I did not know they use wheat starch & other related wheat product's to make some vitamins & cosmetic's. Scary. Of course I've not eaten hardly any wheat for years. Going back to when I first started a low carb lifestyle. I've read a book called Wheat Belly & several other's, but did not know about the vitamin's & other items they sneak wheat into. I suggest anyone interested to do research, not just believe one thing. I love researching things, have done a lot of it on wheat, and know it's very bad for me & most others.
