Peach-Avocado Caprese Plate
I put shredded mozzarella on top post picture lol it was sooooo yummy! The peaches in this dish worked so well with the balsamic vinegar and mozzarella! 🤤

First time having avocado sweetened wi/ honey. I enjoyed this one.I used dried cranberries that were sweetened w/ apple juice so no added sugars. (Patience Fruit & CO) always been a fan of pistachios so I was excited for this recipe.

I really like polenta. It’s very versatile. Can have it for any meal. Cream of Polenta w/ Pear & Walnuts

My man is losing weight by cutting down on the amount of food. I’m actually eating 3x’s as much as I use to and am not gaining or losing. I initially lost 3lbs and a few ounces but I believe that was due to me not eating sugar and crappy carbs. Now my body is excited that it’s getting the proper amount of food for how much it moves. That’s why I’m not losing or gaining. Once my body gets use to eating 3 meals and a snack, I’m sure I’ll start losing more weight once I adjust my calorie intake again.

Decided to go back to eating what I enjoy. Just minus the junk I use to eat lol This is Tucson Beans over Polenta.
