I tried the keto thing out and it just wasn’t my thing. So I did some digging and decided to just go back to how I was cooking before. Really all I need to do is cut all my junk food out, added sugars and really watch my saturated fats. (I have high cholesterol) there really wasn’t anything wrong with the way I was eating besides that and not eating enough. If there’s one thing that keto trial showed me was that I don’t eat enough calories and how good my body feels when I am eating properly.

Top:Tomato-Onion Plate with Basil. There’s a light vinaigrette over the tomatoes and mozzarella just cause I love mozzarella, basil and tomato together 😆
Bottom: Baked Salmon w/ creamy cilantro sauce. So good! Cumin works great in this one!

My first frittata! Actually really easy to make.

I bought a big container of basil and trying to use as much of it as I can..I’ll have a lot of basil meals on my FS. 😂

One of the simplest meals. I really love kimchi. It has so many health benefits. I actually know quite a few kimchi soups that I can make. I’ll post some one day lol
