Medjool Date and Steel cut oats smoothie.

Definitely need to get back on track. I’ve been eating decent but not the usual 3 meals a day. Haven’t been to the gym in two weeks. Haven’t logged any meals in FS...idk what happened but it did and now I gotta get back to kicking ass. I have a goal and hope to reach it by November 😊

Teriyaki Chicken Salad
So yummy! My better half and kids had theirs with brown rice and stir fry veggies. I decided to try the chicken shredded on top of salad. SUCCESS!

Shredded BBQ Chicken. Made from scratch BBQ sauce(Tomato paste, apple cider-no added sugar, apple cider vinegar, paprika, cumin, salt, sweet potato)
