Today is day 3, of what im hoping is finally conquering food and getting back to the active happy person i want to be. During the day i can resist temptation because im so busy with the boys. each night is soo hard. Last night after damione went grocery shopping i wanted to open a bag of chips. Tonight i wanted to eat every last bite of meatloaf i made for the boys, but i was strong and resisted. I hope for the day that i can eat a normal meal and it not turn into a binge. I ran on monday for the first time since breaking my foot, although not for very long but i did walk the remainder of the way.I ran again tuesday a further distance and a longer amount of time. I also am on day 2, week 1 of onehundredpushups challenge. im hoping that i can improve my upper body strength this way. This is the start and Day 1 is hard, week 1 is the hardest. I dont want to set myself up for disappointment or be discouraged by the amount of weight i have to lose.
