My ankle/ foot is still really bothering me, but I refuse to stay off of it. I want to get back to running though. It was an overall sucessful week of eating, still no binging. 14 days wow! yesterday was the first day of eating out. The only high amount of fat was last night when i ordered a torch the salmon sushi roll, and i was unaware that the shrimp in the middle was tempura. It was a very small amount, and I still stayed at a normal range for fat intake for the day. I'm hoping for 5lb weight loss this week but i feel like im going to get 4 lbs. we will see tomorrow morning. bring on week 3!

-7lbs for week one. its only 2% of my weithloss goal, but its 2% less to lose. today is day one of week 2, and after that great start im even more ready to acheive my goal. food you will not control my life anymore. one day at a time.

I made it!! week 1 is harder than day 1. tomorrow morning will be my first weigh in. i joined the running challenge and it began today. no matter when damione gets home i will be ready to go. today hads been an ok day as far as fighting the tempations to binge. Ive had it in my head that im weighing in tomorrow and i dont want to jeopardize all my hard work this week.

Day 6
Im feeling the benefits of exercising everyday again already. I have more energy, im happier. last night was really hard not to binge. Dad had sent me home with a huge ziploc bag full of his delicious spanish rice, i ate a small bowl of it, then spent much of the next three hours having a mental fight in my head about wether or not to eat all the rest of it along with the boys snacks. i won that fight, and didnt give in. ive been doing boxing and yoga on demand. weighing in on monday, looking forward to seeing how well i did this week. one day at a time. a week will turn to a month and i know ill b fitting in to some things again. i do know i need to stay focused on e food. excersising is not my enemy, food is. food is my drug of choice and i dont want to choose it anymore.
