Day 5. Made it to work and felt horrible with back ache now moved to the shoulders. I ate my tofu with the flax oil and veggies and added a tiny minute amount of salt. I also broke down and took an excedrine and felt like a million bucks since then. I even worked out my 30 minutes.
I love excedrine ( it has caffiene)!
Hope I am not setting myself up for failure, but I feel so lousy, I had to do something to get through work. Salmon and salad tonight.

Day 4 and I feel so sick. My head still hurts and my lower back is killing me like I have the flu coming on. What is happening? I didn't feel any of this the last time I fat flushed. I am not hungry either which is good and have no cravings. I just feel sluggish. Maybe I am getting the flu again, that would explain it.
Planning on sticking with the plan. Maybe the toxins I had built up are working their way out?
I am doing everything top notch as I usually do when I put my mind to something. So, will wait it out one day at a time.

Today is day 3 of the fat flush.
I had a headache yesterday, just a mild one. I normally do not get headaches ever. Think it might be caffiene withdrawl. Oh well, I will have my legal cheat and maybe that will help.
I also cheated just a little and had 200mg of sodium, which I don't think is horrible. I just got desperate for flavor.
I love the artichoke, flax oil, applecider vinegar, dressing....mmmmmmmmmmm
Something about vinegar makes me think I am eating salt. yummmmyy
But overall, I feel good and do not have any food cravings.
I will get on the scale on the 7th or 8th day and post my wieght.
