I am a single mother of 2 older teens. Great kids.

I am an emotional eater. I eat during the bad and good times.
I guess I am an eat-a-holic lol
I confess.
Food seems to be a great comfort.
I have been on many diets and have been very successful.
I really fell off the wagon when I had a painful breakup last Dec and piled on the pounds froma size 6 to a 12.
I work out about 6 times a week, but when you eat too many calories, it doesn't matter.
So, here I go again. I know all the right things to do, just need to keep the emotional eating under control.
All questions are welcome regarding any diet. I am loaded with info.
